Gentle Yoga is suitable for beginner and intermediate students. It involves a gentle flow of Hatha Vinyasa poses and modifications are offered to make it your practice. Verbal instruction and assists are offered to correct poses if needed. The session closes with a meditation and focus on relaxation so you leave feeling renewed and revitalized.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a dynamic series of yoga postures. Through breathing, yoga postures are linked in a fluid manner from one to the next. While in a posture, one is encouraged to go deeper and experience the sensations of relaxing into stretches or holding and strengthening.
